I'm a software engineer based in Orlando. HBWorks is short for Hyper-Build Works, and it's also my initials.

With over a decade of software engineering experience since 2014, I've built technology across the spectrum—from agile, independently owned businesses to major private tech firms. Having spent years engineering mission-critical systems for emergency services, I'm known for building rock-solid, reliable software that performs when it matters most. Through HBWorks, I bring that same enterprise-grade dependability and precision to custom web applications and digital solutions.

I started HBWorks because too many local businesses are stuck with slow template sites and agencies that never pick up the phone. Most of their customers find them on a phone, in a hurry. A site that takes half a minute to load loses them.

I hold everything I build to the same standard, my own products included. SteadyPocket, a personal-finance app I build, carries more than 2,600 automated tests across its Android app and server.

When you work with HBWorks, you work with me. I plan the project, answer your calls and review every page myself. And I do it in English or Spanish, whichever you prefer.

How I work

From the first call to launch day, and after

Every project follows the same steps. Each one ends with something you can see, and nothing moves forward without your OK.

A first conversation
Start with a Free Website Check or a 20-minute call. You tell me about your business, your customers and what isn't working. I listen, ask questions and tell you honestly whether I can help.
A written plan and a fixed quote
You get a short plan: what I'll build, what's included, the dates, and a fixed quote. No hourly billing, and no work starts until you approve it.
Words and design you approve
I draft the pages or screens from a short interview and what you already have. You review them, ask for changes and approve them before I build.
Built fast, accessible and ready for search
I build for phones first. Pages load in about two seconds, work with a keyboard and a screen reader, and come with the titles, descriptions and structured data Google needs to list you properly.
My personal review
Before you see the finished work, I test it on real phones, run it through Lighthouse, check every form and link, and review every page myself. If something isn't right, it doesn't go out.
Launch, without losing what you've built
Once you approve the final version, I launch it. Every old page address forwards to its new page, so links and Google rankings carry over, and I update your Google Business Profile. You get a before-and-after speed report.
Care, or a clean handover
Every launch includes a 30-day fix window. After that, a Care Plan, SEO Care or Software Care keeps things fast and current. Or take a full handover, with every login in your name.
